The Cancellation and refund policy herein constitutes how ‘WHAT IS SELF’ process the cancellation and refunds on our Website viz. (“Website”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms.


You agree and acknowledge that there may be times when we are unable to accept bookings and must cancel them. We have the right to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason at our sole discretion, without any claims or liability for finance costs or interest on the amount. Inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems, or problems found regarding credit/debit fraud are all examples of instances that may result in your booking being cancelled. Before approving a booking, we may demand extra verifications or information.If we cancel your booking after it has been charged to your credit or debit card, the amount paid will be reimbursed to your credit or debit card account within a reasonable time.


The User can cancel their booking at their convenience at any time. WHAT IS SELF does not offer refunds to the User once the session has been successfully booked.


We offer Refunds only in special cases such as factual errors, duplicate payments, mistaken denominations and other inaccurate payment deductions where You may face unreasonable loss. We offer refunds only by facts regarding a specific case. We reserve the right to refuse your refunds for any reason whatsoever, as we deem fit. All refunds will only be made to the same account or card from which payments were made initially. Refunds will only be processed after a thorough verification process related to the credentials of the account holder. We do not entertain any cheques or cash refunds. We only offer online refunds. Any extra charges shall be borne by the customer such as bank transaction fees, service fees or processing fees. The fees for the same will not be refunded. We do not pay any interest on refunds. We will not be held responsible if the customer fails to receive our communication due to incomplete or incorrect contact details.
